THE FIRM AND ITS BACKGROUND
Beh, Lee & Associates is a member firm of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. It is a licensed firm of Approved Company Auditors with the Ministry of Finance under Section 8 of the Company Act, 1965 and registered with the Registrar of Companies. It is also a firm of approved tax agents and consultants under the Income Tax Act, 1967.
As a practicing firm of chartered accountants, the scope of our professional services include essentially statutory audits of various public and private limited companies, clubs and associations, societies, partnerships (solicitors, stockbrokers and other forms of business partnerships etc), acting as tax consultant and agents for companies and individuals and other varied management consultancy services such as assistance in preparation of profit and cash-flow forecasts, project feasibility studies, profit improvements / cost reduction studies, mergers and take-over of companies, design of accounting system, internal audit etc.
